| The 2008 version of the Child Abuse and Statistics report is currently underway. The deadline for this version to be complete is Jan. 1, 2009 and we are on target to meet that goal. This report is now available in printed form and online from at link at the OPRS home page. |
| Six Sigma Project - Shannon Rios |
| The 2008 Six Sigma training is complete. Working with HRMD in order to try to implement proposed changes that resulted from work during the training; to hand off the project to HRMD. The goal of the project is to improve the efficiency of accessing OKDHS job postings on the Web and to make posted job information and the application process easier for job seekers to understand. Problem Statement: OKDHS job postings and instructions on the Internet are difficult to understand resulting in less than the desired amount of job applicants and too many ineligible applications. OKDHS job postings on the InfoNet are difficult to locate and understand resulting in less than the desired amount of internal job applicants. HRMD is continuing to work on this project. |
| 2008 Provider Satisfaction Surveys for OCCS- Shannon Rios |
| Customer perception survey instruments were developed to assess staff satisfaction, provider satisfaction and residential provider satisfaction with OCCS. Initial data analysis has been conducted and provided to OCCS. Data broken down by region was also made available to OCCS. |
