Dr. Salehezadeh is a Research Manager in the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS). She joined OKDHS in Sept. 2001 and has worked on many research projects related to human services, including projects for six major federally funded grants in which she has been the Lead Evaluator. Her research, focusing on economic and social policy analysis, has appeared in economic journals such as the Journal of Policy Modeling and the Oklahoma Business Bulletin. She has presented her work at numerous national and local forums, including those sponsored by the Administration for Children and Families, National Association for Welfare Research and Statistics, American Society on Aging, the Family Economic Self-Sufficiency Coalition, Mid-America Congress on Aging, and the Special Task Force for Incarcerated Women in Oklahoma.
Dr. Salehezadeh received her Ph.D. in Economics from Oklahoma State University and has been teaching Economics and MBA courses at Oklahoma City University, University of Central Oklahoma, and Rose State College. She is a certified Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt and is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Welfare Research and Statistics.
