Lacey joined the agency in 2000 as a social work aide while pursuing a degree in Sociology. After graduation from the University of Oklahoma in 2004, she spent a year as a child support specialist. 

From there, she spent more than 2 years in the Child Protective Services Programs office. She joined OPRS in May of 2008. Her duties include maintaining the agency’s key indicators and actively searching for grant opportunities along with assisting in the preparation of grants.
