Loretta started with the agency in 1988 with the Disability Determination Unit now a part of the Department of Rehabilitation Services. She transferred to the Office of Management Services, Research, Evaluation and Statistics Unit in 1990 now the Office of Planning, Research and Statistics (OPRS). 

She supervises the WebStats Unit and provides agency statistics to the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) as well as to the public, oversees agency forms and translation of agency documents to other languages, maintains the websites of OPRS and Information Services Divisions and serves on the OKDHS Web Governance Board.
