Jerry serves as a clearinghouse for forms and appendices. She is responsible for creating, revising and revoking all requests for forms and appendices for OKDHS.
She joined the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) in 1985 in the Administrative Review Unit and then transferred to the Policy Management Unit. She is currently part of the WebStats Unit within the Office of Planning, Policy and Research.
Kitchin holds a bachelor’s degree in library science with a minor in history and a master’s degree in media education.
