Enterprise Program Management Office: Training
 
EPMO Training

The EPMO uses enterprise architecture for all projects. This is a relatively new discipline industry-wide, and it is completely new to the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS). Because OKDHS has adopted this methodology, it is imperative that everyone working on or affected by the projects understands all aspects of enterprise architecture. The EPMO believes that training is the key to understanding the enterprise architecture, which is imperative to project success.

EPMO Staff Training

Each staff position within the EPMO has a set three-year training plan. After employment, each staff member is provided a training plan for that job assignment. The training plans are listed below by job title.
