Technical Readiness Roles
Technical readiness team will be a key contributor to the technical planning supporting the enterprise. Technical planning will ensure that technology is in place and ready for rollout of the business area. This team will harvest the As-Is environment, and develop to To-Be enterprise system. Activities will include:
Manage and maintain all technology artifacts in a central encyclopedia repository. This repository provides information technology and business units the necessary elemental knowledge to facilitate enterprise governance.
Provide the executive team with guidelines and methodologies to make important business decisions supporting the OKDHS mission.
Create diagrams and design documentation of all technology to support projects.
Maintain an accurate view of the As-Is technical state of OKDHS.
Establish standards and promote governance for the enterprise technical architecture, which encompasses the infrastructure, database, security, and applications for the enterprise.
