Purpose

Staffing readiness team will manage and coordinate all aspects of human resource staffing and training for the MOSAIC project.

Staffing Readiness Roles

 

Human resources (HR) - Coordinate and assist project managers in securing adequate project staff by coordinating staffing needs through the OKDHS recruitment and hiring process; ensure that project staff has required physical assets, including furniture, computers, office equipment, and supplies; and manage personnel transactions, ensure physical requirements of the local work location are met, and provide on-site HR consultation and assistance with other HR services.

 

Training - Plan, coordinate, and manage training for project staff and ensure delivery of training. Activities include identifying the types of training, securing appropriate presenters, identifying locations for training to be held, securing training supplies, maintaining the training schedule and related records, and maintaining the training budget.
