Team Purpose
The purpose of the MOSAIC program quality team is to ensure quality in the products and services being developed through the MOSAIC project. This is accomplished by implementing and monitoring the primary components of quality: quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes, change management, risk management, and performance measurements. Program quality team is an integral part of all areas of the MOSAIC project, coaching and validating that quality practices are followed as a fundamental part of the project and project deliverables.
Program Quality Roles
Program quality manager is responsible for overall quality of the MOSAIC project, which includes implementation and monitoring of the primary components of quality: process definition, requirements management, project tracking, change management, risk management and performance measurements.
Business quality team lead is an extension of program quality manager and is responsible for ongoing activities within the QA/QC team, risk management team and change management team on the MOSAIC project. Business quality team lead will work with staff to ensure that quality practices are followed as a fundamental part of daily practice.
QA/QC team lead manages implementation and adherence to defined QA standards, procedures and guidelines. QA/QC team lead identifies, develops and maintains planning documents and implementation of practice, processes, and procedures outlined in MOSAIC project planning documents.
Risk management team lead oversees planning, assessment, handling, and monitoring of all risks associated with the MOSAIC project. Risk management team lead documents all risks; conducts initial risk assessment; reports assessments to risk committee and escalates risks when deemed necessary.
Change management team lead is a designated member of the change management team with the responsibility and authority for the results of the change management process. Change management team lead ensures that business objectives of the MOSAIC project and OKDHS enterprise system are properly managed and supported by the process.
