Purpose
Communication team will manage and coordinate all levels of communication and ensure that it is accurate, relevant, and consistent to successfully accomplish the goals and objectives of the MOSAIC project, with cooperation from all Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) stakeholders.

Communication Roles
Stakeholder Management – Communication team will inform and bring awareness of MOSAIC project activities and progress to stakeholders. Communication team will identify stakeholders, including local communities, OKDHS, clients, and state and federal divisions, and track/monitor stakeholders' needs, wants, and expectations, which will develop throughout the life of the MOSAIC project.
Communication Management – Consistency of message and approach is critical to success of the MOSAIC project. Communication team will develop foundational information, including background, goals and objectives, and current status of the MOSAIC project; and respond to all feedback and questions about the MOSAIC project. Communication team will coordinate and maintain MOSAIC project e-mail groups and planning activities for MOSAIC quarterly team and partner meetings. MOSAIC project reports will be generated weekly, monthly, and quarterly to track status, metrics, milestones, and performance.
Web Site Development – Web sites will provide a forum to solicit ideas and comments about MOSAIC project business and technical functions. Communication team will develop, maintain, and update the MOSAIC InfoNet and Internet Web sites to inform internal and external channels of project status, links, and other valuable information. Suggestions and comments received will be tracked by communication team.
Marketing – Branding, logo usage, and distribution of MOSAIC project information are key components in maintaining a positive image to stakeholders. Communication team will be responsible for generating excitement and anticipation, and alleviating concerns. Activities will include: launching marketing activities; developing marketing materials to increase MOSAIC project awareness, such as brochures, articles, press releases, and presentations; planning road shows; using MOSAIC Web sites to provide information; and partnering with other divisions to publicize the MOSAIC project.
Organizational Readiness – Communicating information and support to OKDHS staff is important to achieve MOSAIC project goals and objectives. Organizational readiness team will assess the current culture of OKDHS and determine the desired culture to support MOSAIC project implementation. Organizational readiness team will review all communication distributed to staff; develop and deliver presentations and training concerning the MOSAIC project; participate in development of new business processes; and coordinate and maintain information concerning stakeholders' needs.
