• Work continues on the business requirements for the RFP.  Draft is available for review by the decision team.
• Continue to work with Finance on the cost allocation questions from CMS on the planning cost allocation numbers.
• Reviewed the staff estimations issues.  A solution is in place for estimating staff time.
• Reviewed quality review checkpoints for enterprise architecture and business analysis with the QA group.
• Organizational readiness assessment is on hold due to the current delicacy of the agency's budget.
• Federal conference call held.  Follow up needed with Child Support on the CBA functional and revenue models.
• Training estimates for the IAPD were reviewed and updated with the training manager.
• Held conference call with the state of Washington about MOSAIC.  Able to answer many of their questions and send them documentation.
