Vision

MOSAIC project staff will deliver an enterprise system and processes that enable OKDHS workers to efficiently and effectively deliver services that provide positive outcomes for Oklahomans.

 

Goals and Objectives

Goal 1. Leverage new technology to replace the antiquated languages for the program areas of Child Support, Child Welfare, and Family Support.

Objective: Reduce maintenance costs and improve productivity for  technical staff.

Objective: Reduce redundant data and improve consistency in the definition of data.

Objective: Provide easier maintenance for the security and integrity of a unified system.

Goal 2.  Improve decision-making processes about families.

Objective: Improve reporting capability for decision-making and cost reporting.

Objective: Provide decision support tools using near real-time information to improve family well-being.

Goal 3.  Improve delivery of services to families.

Objective: Improve productivity of OKDHS staff.

Objective: Provide easier training and learning systems for OKDHS staff.

Objective: Reduce redundant data entry and processes.

Objective: Improve access to services by leveraging vendors, partners, and technical resources.
