Enterprise Architecture "As-Is" Methodology


The "as-is" state is the current state of the business process or project. This methodology will document the as-is state of the initiative being undertaken.  It will use five to 30 cells of the Zachman Framework, depending on the level of information needed for the specific effort or project.
