GOALS, MISSION, VISION and MOTTO (as of Jan. 12, 2010)


GOALS:
 

Goal 1: EPMO will provide the leadership and services to allow OKDHS to develop a robust and informative enterprise architecture (EA).

 


Goal 2: EPMO will provide the support and direction for defined enterprise business projects to accomplish agency goals.

 

 
MISSION:
 
Leading the agency in establishing and implementing an enterprise business architecture to improve the delivery of services to Oklahomans.


 
 
VISION:
 

To be nationally recognized for enterprise business architecture and process engineering.
