Connie Schlittler is Chief Information Officer for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services.  She has been with the Department since 2006 and is responsible for the Data Services Division, Office of Planning, Research and Statistics, Enterprise Program Management Office, and Information Security Office. 

Prior to joining the Department, she was Executive Director of the Bill Willis Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Center in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.  She has more than 20 years experience in community mental health services.  While employed with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services she was responsible for administering Oklahoma’s  Mental Health Block Grant and the PATH (Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness). 

She has degrees in social work and public administration from the University of Oklahoma.  She is licensed as a clinical social worker.
