Unit Information
Health Related and Medical Services This unit provides guidance and policy interpretation about eligibility for all Medicaid programs, also known as Title XIX. Services range from preventive medical care for children and adults to nursing care and alternative homebound care. It is not necessary for a medical condition to exist before applying for services. Eligibility for Medicaid is determined by federal and state regulations. Applicants must meet financial and other eligibility conditions to qualify for services.
