The Technology and Governance KIDS Section is the Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS) (Link opens in new window) known as KIDS. This section maintains the KIDS Help Desk which is the call center for KIDS and eKIDS users who are experiencing problems or need assistance with KIDS application or reports. 

eKIDS is an application that allows limited access to the SACWIS system to parties outside the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS), including judges, tribes and agencies with OKDHS contracts that work with the families involved in the child welfare system.

The Help Desk operates from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
