Section Information

The Post-Adoption Services Section provides services to adoptive parents and adoptees which can include ongoing monthly monetary subsidy, non-recurring expenses associated with adoption, medical coverage through medicaid, respite care, a lending resource library, tuition waivers for higher education for children adopted at 16.9 years of age and older, the Mutual Consent Voluntary Registry and Confidential Intermediary Search Program for adult adoptees and their birth family members, a helpline for information and referral, adoptive couples retreats, Oklahoma Children's Services (OCS) and support groups.
