The Contract Performance Review (CPR) team monitors the services provided by contracted private agencies, who provide in-home as well as many out-of-home services.
The CPR team conducts annual on-site reviews of each contracted agency in order to determine whether they conform to the quality and quantity stipulated in the contract and whether the provider has fulfilled its obligations with regard to assuring the qualifications of staff and recording necessary information.
The Contract Performance Reviews organize the conditions of the contract under the domains of safety, permanency and well-being. Each contractor’s performance is assessed in the context of these conditions by examining service process and outcomes for a sample of children and families served. Agency records are reviewed and interviews are conducted with children, families and agency staff to evaluate needs and supports.
