This unit is responsible for the overall coordination of the OKDHS budget,  which includes assuring compliance with the budget work program.  Duties include:

• Compiling the OKDHS operating and capital budget requests
• Compiling and maintaining the OKDHS budget via the budget work program and the Department's internal working budget using the budget control system
• Monitoring full-time-equivalent employees and payroll expenditures
• Analyzing, reporting and projecting expenditures and revenue
