As a Communications Manager, Lauri manages media inquiries from local, state and national media.

Lauri has previously worked in higher education and non-profit. In her previous non-profit experience, she served as the main spokesperson for the American Red Cross of Central Oklahoma and responded to major disasters like the tragic events of Sept. 11, 2001. Lauri has previously served as a national board member of the Association for Women in Communications (AWC), as well as previously serving as president of the Oklahoma City Chapter of AWC.

Lauri holds a Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma City University, and a Masters of Education from University of Central Oklahoma. Lauri and her husband, Scott, reside in Edmond, OK with their adopted family of four dogs.
