As a senior Web content editor, Favaloro contributes to the day-to-day content of the OKDHS.org Web site. She assists other OKDHS divisions and offices in building and maintaining their Web presence.

Favaloro joined the OKDHS Office of Communications in 2006 after working for 4 years as a marketing representative for a local credit union. During that time, she developed lasting relationships with several of her current co-workers.

In 2007, Favaloro and other OKDHS staff received a Governor's Commendation and an OKDHS Quality Award for their work on the Oklahoma Department of Human Services Web site re-launch.

Karen has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Oklahoma. In her spare time, she attends University of Oklahoma sports events. Karen and her husband, Kris, have a son, Kaleb, and a daughter, Kylee.
