Report Abuse
To report allegations of caretaker abuse, neglect and exploitation contact the Office of Client Advocacy (OCA) intake. During normal business hours, call (405) 525-4850 or 1-800-522-8014 or send an e-mail.

For after hours, weekend or holiday assistance, contact the Statewide Abuse Hotline at 1-800-522-3511.

Hissom class members
For matters involving Hissom class members that need immediate attention, OCA's on-call advocate is available after hours, weekends and holidays at (405) 203-6056.

Grievance
To file a grievance on behalf of children in custody of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS), Developmental Disabilities Services Division (DDSD) clients or foster parents call (405) 525-4850.
