Health and Medical
  • Aged, Blind and Disabled - Provides financial assistance to the aged, blind and disabled population who have been determined financially eligible and receive Medicaid Services.
  • AIDS Coordination and Info Services - Provides a central contact point for persons with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) disease and their families to obtain information on a variety of health care and social services needs.
  • Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Program  (Link opens in new window)  - Provides services to women in need of treatment for breast or cervical cancer.
  • Children with Special Health Care Needs - Provides specialty services to children with special needs and their families, including neonate services, specialty services for children diagnosed with sickle cell anemia, formula for children with PKU, outreach clinics in rural areas and respite care services.
  • Family Planning - Services are offered to all persons eligible to receive Medicaid services, including coverage for examinations and birth control methods. Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and Title XIX recipients are notified of the availability of the family planning services.
  • Health Care for Children with Disabilities (TEFRA) - Allows children with physical or mental disabilities, who would not ordinarily be eligible for SSI benefits because of their parent's income or resources to become eligible for Medicaid.
  • Health Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT) - Services that establish a schedule of exams to ensure the continued health of Medicaid eligible individuals up to age 21.
  • In-Home Care for Elderly and Disabled Persons - Also, known as the ADvantage Waiver, this provides Medicaid services to help people stay at home instead of going to a nursing home.
  • SoonerCare (Medicaid) - Provides Medicaid health coverage benefits.
  • Medicare - Provides assistance in paying Medicare premium and information about Medicare Part D.
  • Patient Assistance - Provides information about assistance with paying for prescription drugs and hearing aids.
  • Refugee Assistance - Cash and medical assistance programs are available to eligible refugees for up to eight months after they arrive in the United States.
  • Supplemental Security Income - Disabled Children's Program (SSI-DCP) - Assists children from birth to age 18 who receive a Supplemental Security Income Disability Payment (SSI) to receive assistance in getting needed equipment and services.
  • SoonerStart - Oklahoma's early intervention program for infants and toddlers with disabilities and developmental delays.
