AAU Provider Update: 041410 OK AuthentiCare Sub Roles

ADvantage Administration Unit Provider Update: Development of OK AuthentiCare System Sub Roles

Apr. 14, 2010

To: AuthentiCare Phase II Provider Groups

We have recommended that First Data develop sub-roles to further define access rights for various employee roles within an agency. We envision each agency branch office having a “super-user” that would essentially be the gatekeeper assigning access via sub-roles to each employee using the online portion of AuthentiCare. We need your input regarding what access limitations you must impose with your workers to maximize security of business information.

Listed below are suggested sub-role titles with a brief description of related responsibilities. The descriptions are provided just to key your thoughts on restrictions you may want to apply for each sub-role title. Please feel free to expand the number of sub-roles as you see fit.

Please send your thoughts and input to Lynne Miles no later than Friday – April 16th so we may submit the information to First Data as soon as possible. First Data will then analyze feasibility and begin to develop the sub-roles within the AuthentiCare system.
