The Oklahoma Silver Haired Legislature (OSHL) are the eyes and ears  of older Oklahomans. They represent older Oklahomans' concerns at the State Capitol. 

The OSHL was created in 1981 to educate older Oklahomans about the Oklahoma State Legislature process and to represent and advocate for the needs of older Oklahomans at the State Capitol.
